Extradition Treaty – a stout prop or feeble cord of International law

International law is a unanimous canon which synchronizes itself by way of states and its spokespersons for upholding peace among states and for conserving the law and order worldwide. The International law is often refurbished, progressed, put across and empowered through its numerous and assorted dogmas, policies and representation and among all those one is Extradition Law which is signed by states for give and take of fugitives who commit felonies in foreign state or in their own state and then run away, the surrender of fugitive is made by the officials of government where the fugitive has taken asylum.
