Protraction of the Pardoning Powers of the President Concerning the Criminal Contempt of Court

A state would lack political morality without such power of compassion and proper authority to exercise this power. The concept of Laissez Faire became nonexistent after being replaced by the concept of welfare state in the 20th Century. There has been tremendous increase in the connection between the parts and agents of the state because of the concept of Welfare State. The government’s power is further categorized into the Legislature, Judiciary and the Executive. The Montesquieu theory of Separation of Power was enforced simply to avoid the encroachment of the three parts of the government. The theory lies down that the three pillars must be kept separate and maintains the idea of free democracy.
