Font- Garamond | Font Size- 12 | Line Spacing - 1.5 |  
Footnotes' Font Size- 10 & Line Spacing- 1.0 | A margin of 2 centimeters on each side of the page.

NATURE OF SUBMISSIONS

ARTICLES (2500-5000 words including footnotes)

Submissions in this category should provide a comprehensive analysis of a particular issue in the law and society domain. It should review the existing literature extensively, develop an argument and also highlight the specific contemporary developments in the issue being discussed.

SHORT NOTES (1000-2500 WORDS INCLUDING FOOTNOTES)

This category is suited for writings on specific themes and submissions dealing with contemporary issues are preferred. Submissions in this category should provide a concise overview of a specific issue.

BOOK REVIEWS (1000-2000 WORDS INCLUDING FOOTNOTES)

Authors are encouraged to review a book that offers a unique perspective on any issue affecting International society and the legal implications it has. It is recommended that the book chosen is a recent publication (within the last two years) in keeping with the contemporary focus of the Journal.

CASE COMMENTARIES (1000-3000 WORDS INCLUDING FOOTNOTES)

Submissions in this category would include a comprehensive analysis of a recent judicial pronouncement and should engage with the underlying theme of law and society. It must critically analyze the law prior to the ruling as well as the subsequent implications of the ruling.

PROCESSING FEE & PUBLICATION CHARGES

INR 1500 for Indian single authored papers. 

INR 2000 for the multi-authored ones.

Additional INR 500 PER PRINTED COPY, If you wish to keep one.

USD 75 for foreign single authored papers. 

USD 100 for multi-authored ones.
